In order to fill certain vacated positions the board at the January 11, 2010 meeting made appointments to fill those titles until the annual meeting in February.

Kimberly Adams has been appointed Vice President and CFO effective this date.

Cortney Charlton has been appointed Treasurer to be effective January 18^th, 2010.

Vicky Mott has been appointed Assistant Vice President effective this date.

Colleen Canell has been named recording secretary for the Board effective with the January 11, 2010 meeting.

We have many challenges ahead and must have a corporate body in place that is prepared to protect and support the bank as we move into the ever-changing future. While you will not see a material change in their day-to-day responsibilities they now join the management team that will be responsible for the success of the bank.
