Computer Transfer – you may access your account(s) by computer through the Internet by logging onto our website and using your personal identification number, account number(s) and validation code at https://www.onlineaccountaccess.com/gouverneur.

Or simply go to our home page at www.gouverneurbank.com and the select Online Banking.

Iconnect will allow you do the following:

Transfer funds from checking to checking
Transfer fund from checking to savings
Transfer funds from savings to checking
Make payments from checking /savings to loan accounts(s) with us
Get information about:
The account balance of checking account(s)
The last six months withdrawals/deposits from checking accounts
The account balance of savings accounts
The last six months withdrawals/deposits from savings accounts

We do not charge any fees for using Iconnect

What do I need to do to get started?

Complete the iConnect Application Form and return to Gouverneur S & L PO Box 297,Gouverneur NY 13642-0297.

All joint holders on account(s) listed for access will be required to sign the form.

Once we have received the completed application we will set up the accounts you have requested to have access to.

What do I do once the bank has set up my account(s) online?

Sign onto www.gouverneurbank.com
Select Online Banking
Select First Time Enrollment
Put in your account number you requested to have access to.
Password – This will be the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Proceed
Create a new user name and confirm the user name. Proceed
Create a new password and confirm the new password. Proceed
Return to the Sign-On-Screen (prompted at the bottom of the screen)
Sign back in using your newly created User Name and Password. Proceed
Validation Code – you will be prompted to have a validation code sent to your email listed. Select send validation code to the email provided.
Retrieve your validation code from your email the same day.
Sign back in your online banking and place the validation code in the validation box.
If you want the computer to remember your code select remember this validation code.
Not suggested on shared computers.

Under no circumstances should you ever give out your pin number(s), password(s), Social Security Number or other personal information on your accounts.

Gouverneur Savings & Loan would never call or email you requesting your pin number(s) and password(s) on your accounts.

We now offer eDocuments, statements and loan bills you receive online.

Select the Tab titled eDocuments on your summary page and follow the easy step by step instructions.

That is all there is to it! It's free, convenient and an environmentally friendly way to receive and view your monthly account information.

Please keep in mind that when you select to receive eDocuments you are automatically enrolling all eligible accounts from your iConnect.
