On September 16th, Citizens Bank of Cape Vincent merged with Gouverneur Savings and Loan, and we are excited to welcome you all to the Gouverneur Savings and Loan family.

Missed Your Welcome Letter?
If you missed your Welcome Letter, we may not have your most up-to-date contact information. You can update it by calling one of our locations during regular business hours.
Log Into Online Banking
For your convenience, if you were enrolled in online banking previously, we have enrolled you with the same user ID and email.
Please note that if your username had any special characters (!@#$%^&*(),.?), you will need to remove those from your username for it to work (i.e. Lighthouse1964! would now be Lighthouse1964).
Your password is NOT the same.
For those that had an online banking account with Citizens Bank of Cape Vincent, your new temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number and your 5-digit zip code (i.e. if the last 4 digits of your social security number are 1234 and your zip code is 12618, your password would be 123412618).
